Computer-verified uniqueness

Every puzzle has exactly one solution. We don't ship puzzles with multiple endings or ambiguous clues. Each one has been tested by our own solver.

Technique-based difficulty

Difficulty is set by the hardest technique needed to solve, not by counting clues. A puzzle with few clues might be Easy. A puzzle with many clues might hide an X-wing.

No guessing required

Every puzzle is solvable by pure logical deduction. If you're stuck, there's a step you've missed, not a coin flip you need to make.
